This Attorney (Word used loosely) showed up to my court hearing stoned on Vicodin. He was stumbling for words, and shaking in front of the judge. I, consequently lost my case due to his inadequate representation. During the hearing I observed him popping several pills that he kept in his suit jacket pocket in a small tin. I know that he was stoned because he told me right before my hearing that he hoped he could make it through the hearing without falling down.
Then, after the hearing, he asked me if I knew where I could get any Vicodin for him, as he was having a difficult time getting his Dr. to write a large enough prescription for him.
If I had it all to do over again, I would have stood up and asked the judge to drug test Mr. Spruance.
