And the people can't tell you anything, the one lady is never in the office leaves before noon. and the other can't tell you anything because shes only the bookkeeper. The attorney wasn't prepared for court came late and when he did get their he didn't even try and get ahold of me didn't even look for me in the court room and when my case was called and I got up to the table he said oh you are here.... when I was sitting in the court room the whole time. . Lol well I believe in karma... and once again they took more money from me.. Nichole lied in our first conversation about the funds. Then called up my realtor that was selling my father's home and told them to send them 3000 dollars witch in fact they had no right to be doing and told me that the reality called them.. witch in fact Nichole asked me if it was ok if she could call the realtor... I wouldn't do business with them they lie and cheat you out of money..I believe the other guys review!!!! Again I believe in karma!!!

Met with Art and he said I had an excellent case. Well the details of the case and the evidence I had only got stronger as the months went by yet with more communication from their billing staff then about the case constantly asking for money I felt like I was their only client. Their staff of 3 doesnt work Fridays, never answers the phones and botched the first part of the case so bad all I did was lose $4,000 + and got nothing done in that phase. Phase 2 was me doing all the work but shelling out 2K per month for what? Well in the end when I went to court ordered remediation he told me to take a settlement in the amount of what I spent in fees just to get that far because it was going to cost too much to proceed and likely wouldnt get it back. So in essence the same 'great case' 7 months ago suddenly wasnt so great and not worth proceeding and it only cost me over $12,000 to find that out. I was warned that shoddy attorneys operate like this. They tell you what you want to hear, bleed you as much as they can then cut and run when it's time to earn the blood money. Now I can say I found this to be true first hand. If you have a real estate deal you need a lawyer that will work diligently and aggressively on your behalf DO NOT GO HERE. If you want zero communication except to ask you for money and no results then this is the place for you. You were warned.
