I came to Elliott Law Group after I was in a car accident in Spokane County. Katie and Kate helped me with all aspects of my case. I had some significant injuries, they made sure I was able to focus on feeling better. Katie helped to make sure all of my medical bills were paid like they were supposed to be. We started off utilizing an immigration lawyer from Settle for a Work Visa. 2 and a half years ago and over $10,000 later we were getting nowhere and it was a horrible experience. I worked for a Canadian company and wanted to move to the USA so a work visa made sense at the time.

I was traveling back and forth across the border making sure we played by the rules as I was dating someone here in the USA for a few years. In 2018, we got married. Most assume once you marry a US citizen, it’s a breeze. It’s not although that wasn’t the reason we married.
