Mr. Leavitt represented me in my parenting plan modification. This wasn't a straightforward modification as the old parenting plan was from out of state and had never been followed. Mr. Leavitt was always levelheaded and extremely helpful. He gave me sound legal advice when I needed it. In the hearing he represented me well and was very knowledgeable about the law and how it specifically applied to our case. He was on time and professional. I found that his office was always courteous and pleasant to work with. Calls were returned in a timely matter. Mr. Leavitt is very honest and doesn't try to 'win' way by being tricky or dishonest. My documents were always submitted on time. Billing was very fair, he was respectful that his time costs me money. If you are looking for a lawyer with integrity start with Addams & Leavitt. With confidence, I would highly recommend Mr. Leavitt!

First let me say that I am not one of those that only posts when I am unhappy; I post good comments too. In the case of this attorney's office, I was not happy with the service I received. I took my simple will to this office to have it updated. I did this on 1/4/17. I didn't hear anything back for over a month and honestly, I actually had forgotten about it. When I called after a month, I was told that someone would call me back and they never did. After 2 months, I physically went in to the office and requested my original materials back; they could not find them and I was told they would be put in the mail to me as soon as they did. Then after another 2 weeks, I still had not received them. Finally 2 1/2 months later, I received a voicemail telling me my new will and old materials are in the mail to me. Although, I have my new will (and I have not yet reviewed it) I am unsure how correct it is. There was no follow up meeting, no communication etc., and at the 2 month mark, I asked to have this cancelled which was ignored. Then, the phone call that it is done. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth as to the quality of the product I was receiving.
