I went to the hospital last year and owed money. I applied for a financial aid form and Sacred Heart covered my remaining debt. Bonded Adjustments, however, thinks I still owe the hospital money. They want the letter saying that I was cleared of my debt, though I don't have a freaking letter to give them.

These folks are useless. They call me 5 years from now letting me know about a debt that I owe mysteriously in Spokane when I don't even live there are used any medical services from Spokane their main call gal is extremely rude and don't even bother working with her if you get the call asked to talk to someone else then when you wanna talk to a supervisor you get a voicemail super frustrating they're not even worth the star a I'm top of that when you need the phone number for the people that these suspected collections are for they won't give it to you I'm done I'll make sure that they get paid .

even as collection people yes they do have to have customer services. Even most attorney don't treat people the way they do. They act like you personally own then money. This company should not be in buisness period. They need jesus! No body wants to call this place to pay their debt. We don't care it can stay on our credit and fall off after 7 years if they want to act stupid. Stacy "I don't know her last name because it's none of my concern" her words. She should not be working. I called today to pay my debt and all she did was put me down. Girl you don't know me your probably in more debt then any of us. I will be reporting her and getting the voice record to turn her in for her behaver.

If I could give less than a one star review I would. First impression when I called last week was good. The lady I talked to seemed nice and understanding. I told her I planned on paying towards my debt by the end of the week. That didn't happen because I had other things come up that are priority right now. I was trying to explain to her that it isn't that I don't want to pay and I will pay as soon as I can. She cut me off and got VERY witchy with me saying the debt collecting calls will continue until I start making payments, I am fine with that, I understand. I am not trying to get out of paying. I told her she didn't need to be rude to me with how she was talking and then she immediately raised her voice and started yelling at me saying she wasn't being rude. Super immature and unprofessional. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They talk over you before you even get a chance to explain your situation. It's as if they want to end the call as quickly as possible, even if you waited on hold forever to reach them. The phone operator, Mackenzie, was straight out of a nightmare. Not sure how they are even in business with associates like that. She raised her voice at me and talked over me several times, and all I was doing was RESPECTFULLY explaining my situation to her. I've been in customer service for 15+ years. This place has it all wrong.

Terrible customer service and attitudes! It’s fine if you owe a debt and your willing to pay it... mine was for a er visit I fully intended on paying back. But the way these collection agency’s staff spoke with me you’d think I’d committed a crime. I’m sure it’s due to the fact I pointed out they had moved a registered sex offender into my apts after claiming a full background check was done by their screening services...they were very nasty and very unprofessional. I hope they get some training on how to deal with people... no one there seems to GAF. Beware of this company!

The company I work for had used Bonded for collections in the past. I tried calling them to get reports on the accounts my company had turned over to Bonded. I placed three calls over the course of two weeks and each time an agent seemed to have no idea how to deal with a client (versus a person who had been turned over to collection). Each one said they didn't know what to do and could not help me. They also each took my information and said a manager would call me back. Guess what? I never heard back. Is this even a real business? Beware

I normally always speak to Alex each month. He is by far my favorite to talk to with this company. He’s always very nice and always so energetic through the phone. They will work with you on payments! Very good customer service each time I speak with them.

Just noticed they still charged me my full amount of a judgement that was vacated and quashed in the courts. (I won) They owe me a couple thousand dollars. Anyone have a suggestion on how I get my money back from these petty people?

Wouldn’t take less than $50 for a monthly payment. Stacy said I couldn’t make payments with the physicians group directly which I called them and they had no problem. So avoid contact with Stacy she is beyond rude.

They called me 5 months ago wanted my insurance info I think this is a scam to have more interest add to the account.
Very rude people got sent to collections from a hospital I never even seen a bill for when I wanted to skip a payment for one week I got nothing but threats that they would take more actions against me.

The guy I spoke to was incredibly obnoxious and when I asked to be transferred to a decent human being I was told, “there are no decent people that work in this office.”

Terrible business practice. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I called this company for a bill that was sent in error of wrong address. I found the staff unprofessional, extremely rude, and racist. He hung off phone on me and told me there are no rules and law that he and his agency know or follow. I asked for his supervisor and he refused to connect me to his supervisor after I called again as he hung up on me on first call.

He didn’t let me speak and said he doesn’t care how he talks and he should not be professional as he is not representing a customer care agency, “according this is not a customer service so I would not speak nice”. He didn’t realize that the bill sent was an error because he wouldn’t listen to what I was talking about.

I hope there will be someone in management that will listen to the call to see what the comps staff are doing.

I called to pay them and I was very nice and I received the worst customer service of my life! I even spoke with a manager. To me it's funny because I wanted to give them money and their website prides themselves on their customer service! If I could give them no stars or less I would. The two males that I talked to were soulless. Tip of the iceberg...the manager read back to me a conversation with the other employee, claimed I swore and twisted my words for their benefit. It's an excellent thing I have 2 lawyers for this car accident bill that was not might fault and it's a great thing they record their calls!

People are incredibly rude, condescending, and just flat out jerks! This guy calls, has no idea who I am and immediately aggressive as words can describe... than has the balls to accuse me of playing games. When I asked him for anything... he had to put me 9n hold to get my account paperwork, so, basically he was picking a fight before he even knew facts and all in the same phrase continues to make accusations of me all without a single offer to send me paperwork. Way to try and miraculously try and collect on a debt 4 years without any communication!

I called and talked to Jason, seemed professional got the entire account taken care of in three minutes got a thank you and felt they needed a positive feedback to let people know they weren't the monsters they are made out to be. If I could rate them zero stars I would!!! They claimed to have sent me letters and also claimed to have called me. There only way I found out about this debt was via my credit report! When I called them to take care of it they were rude and told me I owed more then I should have. Beware!!! When I told them i was going to pay and the bill in full since they didn't want to offer me payment options they argued with me about the total!! Then I talked to the "supervisor" and he said "are you going to pay this or not"! Are you kidding me? Worse customer service out there! Lazy debt collector company. If you want money from someone you should at least attempt to not argue and make the customer that's giving you money mad!

Watch out. God forbid you debt is with them. they are extremely rude and implied that I wasn't an adult. Put it in for garnishment after a payment was three days late and made me come up with half the balance in order to stop. Was not a legitimate bill and until I get the issue resolved with the health insurance company I have to keep paying them. No one can tell me where the money will go.
If you get Jason. Ask for someone else. He has no compassion for others and is ruthless. had me near tears and seemed to be taking some sort of satisfaction from it.
Low lifes doing a job no one else wants to do.
Escalate immediately.

This company started calling my cell out of the blue trying to collect a debt from someone else. I told the person SEVERAL times he had the wrong person, that I was NOT the person they was wanting and please do not call this number as they have the wrong person. All he kept on asking was how I was going to pay for the amount that needed to be paid ASAP to avoid it being placed against my credit report. After several more times attempting to explain to this debt collecter that I was not the person they was looking for, I finally gave them a friendly F.U. and told them to go on and do whatever they needed to do and stop calling and hung up on them. I had to give my friendly F.U. about five more times when they called before the calls finally stopped. I pay my debts, I am not behind on anything bill wise, never have been, so I am not worried. I reported this company to proper authorities for harassment and such, so hopefully it will stop scam companies like this from doing what they did to me.

my experience with Bonded was horrible. people were rude and unwilling to listen to what i had to say. if you are told that paperwork will be mailed to you then please follow up with the company. i was told that i would have paperwork mailed to me that needed to be signed. 3 weeks later no paperwork and they tell me its my fault for not following up with them.

I currently have an account in collections with Bonded Adjustment for a past due hospital bill from 2010 when I had back surgery. Earlier this year I set up a payment plan of $25 a month. I am a single mother working part time and that was literally all I can afford. I told them I would need the money taken out every 4th Thursday of every month to coincide with my paychecks. They said they sent me a paper (which I never received) to set it up that way. When I informed them I never got this particular paper, they sent me another one. This money was suppose to automatically come out of my account every month on the 4th Thursday, but they started taking the money out on the 25th. After I realized this I informed them. They were supposed to fix it and never did, so when my account had insufficient funds on the 25th they called me not once, not twice, but FIVE times a day for a week to get their TWENTY FIVE dollar payment. They then started calling my work and harassing me there when I didn't answer their phone calls. When I called to complain a man named "Alex" started reading me all past conversations we've had which were for the most part FALSE. Apparently when you get off the phone with them, they put whatever it is they want in the chart notes to make themselves look better. I hope you feel good harassing a single hard working mother over $25 dollars. I know plenty of business owners that use your collection services and I will be letting them know about all the other horrible reviews from other business owners who have unfortunately used this excuse for a collection agency.

Hired these so called professionals to collect on some a/c for my company. Never heard from them again, after 2 years I phoned and canceled due to lack of communication and service. A year and a half after canceling I get a bill for services rendered, after my experiance the word BEWARE comes to mind!

Bonded Adjustment should change their title from “Collection Specialists” to “Scam Artists” – Stay Away! This company has been trying (or rather failing) to collect thousands of dollars from my former tenant, who actually has no shortage of collectible assets. I wanted to move his file to another collection agency, but as it turns out, according to their terms of service, if they fail to collect and you choose to employ another collection agency, you will owe Bonded Adjustment 40% of the judgment, as well as additional fees based on “breach of contract”, which can potentially exceed the total amount of money collected. Unfortunately, I had to learn this the hard way. Obviously, it is much easier for Bonded Adjustment to profit this way by slacking, instead of collecting. I decided to use Bonded Adjustment based on their seductive advertisements, however, I have regrettably learned that this company sets a new high standard for bad “service”. I cannot recommend this “collection company” to anyone, and strongly urge landlords and other customers alike to take their business elsewhere.
