Hired Jacqueline back in October to help me with a family law case, after talking on the phone with her, her assistant Jen and passing information back and forth I was assured the case wouldn't be difficult to win. When we showed up to court, Jacqueline was not prepared, was not familiar with my case and I had to help her with her courtroom address with my details while we were waiting for other cases.

After that hearing was lost I paid her again to retry the case in court and to pursue my case, she mis-filled the paperwork with the courts, had to get an extension not once, but twice, on one of these occasions I went to court with her and she didn't even recognize me, not when I started talking to her in court, nor when we were sitting infront of the judge, she didn't remember me until after docket was half way through argument from the other attorney.

After we got a new date for the hearing, I waited for that date, when I was at the court I get a call from her Assistant saying that I would be getting a refund and that my case was no longer able to be heard or tried, I asked what had happened and Jen told me she would contact me later and hurriedly got me off the phone.

Took over 10 emails, 7 texts, several phone calls, facebook messages and other means to actually get my refund, over 2 months it took them for this office to send me my money, and they will not tell me what happened, after talking with another attorney that is familiar with Jacqueline I was informed that she had dropped my case and paperwork so badly in the court system that it was out of Statute of Limitations.

To this day Jen and Jacqueline will not return a call, nor inform me what happened, I found the whole process with Jacqueline to be very unprofessional same with her assistant and do not recommend her to anyone.

worst attorney at ANY PRICE. STAY AWAY!!! Wont answer phone AT ALL. and will NOT return phone calls, also is known by Stevens county to be manipulative and on the borderline of even operating leagaly

Jacqueline was the best I could have ever hoped for during my difficult time and made things as easy as possible considering the situation. She gave me assurance when my world was collapsing and I could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
