This is for Ms. Karson. I called your office today in hopes to schedule an appointment with you, but after the extremely rude and tasteless conversation that I had with your "assistant", I will not. I don't know who would have such an unprofessional woman answering calls for their law firm. She answered the phone and didn't state who she was, didn't give the proper greeting of the day, and didn't even state what business I called. It sounded extremely unprofessional, and almost like a scam. Mind you, I was cautious because I was calling from a Craigslist advertisement for the Law office. I asked her what her name is, because as a client ANYWHERE, I like to know who I am talking to, and if ones job is to answers phones all day, they should at least be polite, state their name, and your law office. She even had the audasity to tell me " How about you state who I am talking to first." Now she didn't just say this in a normal tone, it was the EXTREMLY unprofessional rude attitude that came with it. If this is how you let your staff treat your clients, especially new ones, then I do not want to be apart of that at all. I highly suggest that you have a little talk to the immature child you have answering your phones. Perhaps she will be more successful at shredding your paperwork and cleaning your office with as little interaction with your clients as possible before they find a new lawyer too.

I had a wonderful experience with this law office. The attorneys are friendly and down to earth. I was nervous and scared of the bankruptcy process, but the attorneys and staff really know their stuff. They answered all my questions and were with me every step. The process was so much easier than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend this law office and appreciate them getting me through such a stressful time.
