Mr. Goforth’s advice and representation has been invaluable. We sought his advice on four separate matters. On the first matter, he advised us to let an issue go, but we decided to pursue it anyway. It didn’t go anywhere, but with the added stress it caused, we should have taken his advice. On the second matter, we were sued over a frivolous issue, by an attorney we complained about to the state bar. Instead of taking our business and asking for a retainer, Mr. Goforth recommended that we tender the lawsuit to our insurer, if we had an umbrella policy. We did have coverage, and our insurance company hired an attorney at no cost to us. The arrogant attorney, gave up after he realized we were not going to defend ourselves pro se, and his partner was going to have to do some real and fruitless work. We settled; with prejudice.
The third matter was in defense of a lawsuit by our neighbors. Mr. Goforth successfully resolved the matter in mediation. In the fourth matter, those same neighbors failed to comply with the mediation agreement. Mr. Goforth, in anticipation of exactly this issue, advised us of a simple yet brilliant strategy during mediation that paid off. Mr. Goforth assisted us in suing them and establishing our rights to our property. The Judge found our neighbors had acted frivolously and in a harassing nature and, not only ruled in our favor, but awarded us our attorneys’ fees.
Mr. Goforth treated us with utmost respect. We are eternally grateful for his intelligence, guidance and due diligence.

Chatted on the website with Barry Davidson. Seemed nice enough he asked me if he wanted to do a consult call the next morning. Once he learned I had another consult his tone changed. I told him I was not a price shopper but, a Value shopper and was happy to choose the higher if the value was there. It was then that he wished me good luck but, said he was going to bow out without even asking a single question. My only conclusion can be that they can not offer any value over any lower priced competitors. Too Bad
