They criticize public defenders on their website but they are not much better!

Good for speeding tickets, not as good for DUI

Just got off the phone with Mr. Lutgen. I had more of a question about pressing charges, rather than needing defense. I wasn't yet ready to reach out to law enforcement. I called the right place. Mr. Lutgen was insightful and very polite. Thanks, Senit!

I was pulled over for expired tabs and the state patrol and was charged with a DUI even thou I passed the field breathalyzer but couldn't walk a straight line or balance on one foot. Once at the station I passed the breathalyzer not just once but two more times. After trying to go thru the Public Defenders office and their outdated list I looked online and Action Legal Group came up. I met with Deanna that night, she went to court with me the next day, in which she spoke with the Prosecutor and they ended dropping the charges. Thank you Deanna for helping me out!
