Gary and his wonderful team took the time to go through my difficult case after being denied twice via mail. They were easy to speak to and work with. Gary also did a great job during my hearing and explained everything to me afterwards. If you need help you really should contact his office. Thank you again for helping me every step of the way.

Worst experience I have ever had. Very rude secretary. Obviously the people calling this office have a struggle in one way or another and are looking for help. She has zero compassion and speaks down to you. She had no interest in hearing anything I had to say. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. She had me so discouraged I wasn't going to move forward, but I called a different lawyer so kind, so nice and they gave me hope. My advice call a different office.

Dont pay attention to the negative reviews. My case has been a challenge from the start. Nick has done a great job really fighting for me. I feel they are honest and did a good job managing my expectations. Nick is also a genuinely good caring person. I highly recommend this law firm. All staff has been nothing but great!!!

Precious is the only person in this practice who I would if I could give 5 stars. I did not have a "free consultation" with Gary Penar. Precious took all of my information and sent me a packet of papers to fill out and return. I NEVER met Gary, his son Eric called me on the Friday before my Monday hearing. Eric represented me. My hearing was in January, their office received $6,000.00 in May and I didn't receive any money until August. I did however, receive a bill from the law office for $93.00.
Law office $6093.00 for 1/2 hour court representation and collecting records.
I would NOT recommend this office.

My diseases showed me a dark, ugly and lonely place in life. Dealing with the disability process was another dark, ugly and lonely experience. Gary Penar and his supportive, friendly staff was a beacon in my journey. I couldn't have continued the journey without them and my success was only because of Gary Penar and his team. He was honest, fair and truthful with me and my case. He is a sincere attorney. Looked and acted professional at my hearing and was fantastic in supporting me when speaking to the judge. Gary Penar is a very experienced and confident attorney. He is what I needed because I was broken down and ready to give up. I hired Gary Penar a few years ago (should have written this review sooner. May have prevented many people a lot of heartache). After waiting for a year and half for my hearing, and after numerous phone calls, Gary didn’t interview me until 3:30 pm on a Friday before the Monday morning hearing. On the phone!! Asked a few questions and said he’d see me Monday at the hearing. While we’re waiting to see the judge he springs it on me that he’s going for a mental disability instead a physical disability! This man knew NOTHING about my case in spite of my sending every report necessary to him! After losing the case (duh) he had the balls to charge me for reports I already sent and that he obviously never read! I never paid him. Never will!!! DON’T HIRE THIS MAN!!!! I wish I would’ve investigated him with caution!!! What a waste of time!!!!!

I hired Gary Pena over 15 months ago . His firm quit on me because he did not want to drive to Wenatchee his ad dates he represents eastern Washington what a lie! On top of it I was told he had all.my medical records up to date another lie! Please donot hire him !

Get any other disability attorney. The receptionist is eager to send you to another attorney anyway. This office does not have the knowledge to deal with brain injuries.

called for a consultation visit, I would have been glad to pay just to have a few questions answered, couldn't even get past the secretary.

I had already been through two denials on my disability claim, I contacted Mr. Penar and found that I was trying to do a Lawyers job. Their firm took over my claim compiled my case the way it needed to be dealt with. Then Mr. Penar got us our day in Court and completed my claim with everything in the order needed to present to Social Security. Their firm got the medical evidence and records from a list of my Doctors I provided to them. They reviewed my records put what was important together ( not what I thought was important ) and presented my case. I received a fully Favorable decision that included back pay from when I became 100% disabled. Mr. Penar found that I had an earlier onset date then what we thought and presented it to the Administrative Law Judge and got an additional six months of back pay on my award. I would recommend this Law firm to anyone that is going through this process, do not try to do it alone use their years of experience to your advantage. I need to give a special thank you to Precious the firm's legal assistant I think she was VERY personable and handled my calls and followed up on everything I called about. Thank You again this was a life changing event for my family

Just from one phone call with the secretary I now know to never call again. Very rude, she was unprofessional.

Eric penar was the man,did an awesome job.

DO NOT USE! He waited until the NIGHT before my administrative hearing to tell me the evidence for my case was weak. And that weakness cost me my case. He had well over 1.5yrs to tell me what evidence I was lacking, which evidence was weak, and to tell me what would be needed to better prove my case.

He handly my disability case. Let me say I never saw a day in court and I was approved in less then six months. A matter fact my needs to apply but there's a issue. Where did I go Gray Penar. Thank u Gray.
