I don’t know where to even start. Mark has been the most amazing Lawyer for not just myself,but my family. Mark is tactful, smart and knows exactly what he is doing. I walked into Mark’s office scared and unsure of what was to come with the future of my children and their safety. When I left Mark’s office I felt confident and calm. I always know I can trust Mark’s judgement because time after time he has taken such good care of me as his client. Mark was a wonderful Criminal law attorney. He represented himself very well, both with me and the court. I recommend him to anyone dealing with a criminal manner. He was confident about my case getting dismissed and it did. One thing I did also like is that he gave me the worst case scenario rather than being all "We are going to win.". He didn't set me up for disappointment! Will be using him in the future for any other cases. (Hopefully I won't need too haha)

This place was a tremendous help. I was completely lost and did not know how to handle anything for my DUI case. My attorney, Mark, helped me through every step and answered all of my questions. They also helped me even after the case was settled. I would recommend them every time and will go to them again if needed!

Called the place in June, their male attorney quoted me 3k for a retainer. Called them back in 2 moths when I came up with the retainer they told me it's 5k. When I told them they quoted me 3k earlier they said we will get back to you and when they did they said sorry but we have too many cases right now, we can't take yours. If I knew that the price is going to go up I would have borrowed the money in June. This is just sad, poor customer service. Will not recommend

If you're looking for legal advice or someone to protect your interest that can dig in and find the facts and fight for the truth , I believe twyford law office to be the best in Spokane. I hired them for a very difficult and nasty divorce and if need be I would hire them again.

Not a good fit

I hired Julie and Mark for my divorce after a long term marriage. I was so unsure of what were my rights and what I was entitled to. I was worried that I was going to be left with nothing. They both worked so hard and fought for me. They always kept me in the loop and helped understand the decisions we were making. I ended up being able to continue my life and am not destitute. I ended up being very comfortable, which is a huge relief. I highly recommend them and Twyford Law Office

Oh my gosh I hired Julie Twyford after a 30 year marriage when I had not worked. She got me everything I wanted and then some! You will not go wrong hiring her!

If you're wondering if hiring an attorney is really worth it-yes. Flat out yes. There is no way I could have been able to handle this myself. Julie and Mark in the office were beyond incredible. If you're looking for a team that has your back and makes you feel secure and heard, you've found the right office. This is a stressful process and they make sure to ease that as much as possible.

I recently hired Mark and Julie for a 2 year long divorce case. It was very difficult for me and my family but they were there every step of the way. Completely unprofessional. Called based on a referral from another attorney. My call was sent back to some oaf named Steve who was not an attorney and continued to interrupt me before I could explain my issue He was rude and obnoxious and totally unprofessional, certainly not someone that should be fielding phone calls from potential clients. Grateful Steve was such an idiot as it saved me from spending my money with such an unprofessional firm and lead me to find incredible representation elsewhere.

I am writing a review in regards to Mark Cassell. Mr. Cassell represented me while he was attending college at DU. My verdict off not guilty was due to a superior effort by Mr. Cassell and his partner. Mr. Cassell personally secured a copy of a video which gave significant impact on the jury. As well were well prepared in citing past cases during the trial, cross examining witnesses and overall trial procedures. I was also given great advice during my time with Mr. Cassell

Before my first visit to Julie's office I was filled with uncertainty and dread over the possible loss of custody of my kids. One visit with Julie put most of that fear to rest and I left feeling much more more confident of a positive outcome. When it looked like there was no possible resolution to a child support impasse, Julie was able to find a way to satisfy both parties and move the process forward. Went to 4 DUI lawyers before I found Julie. Every court mandated agency I've gone to for my DUI say her team is very honest and the best at getting gets results. She worked hard to get me special treatment the entire way! And the support doesn't stop at the not-guilty verdict. She knows the judges personally. Julie used to work beside the judges back when they first started as attournies! She has built rapport with the justice community after 35 years of defending with all her heart. After a two year long trial process, observing the other attourneys and the state staff, I'm convinced. She is truly the best in the area at trials and getting deals with the prosecuting attourney. Extremely unprofessional. In my OPPINION she uses bullying tactics. Used a lot of foul language, wasn't dressed or groomed in a professional manner at all. Wasn't someone I would recommend by any means.
