Jeff was very thorough! You could tell that he had a lot of experience and provided good recommendations. We didn't have any requests for evidence and the process for both the K1 and Adjustment of Status (Greencard). He walked my now wife and I through all of the steps and processes as well as had us put together a very thorough packet demonstrating our relationship.

For the Greencard interview, he was present and helped clarify questions we had during the interview. There was a little confusion around whether or not we needed a second medical exam or not, however this was due to rules changing recently. It worked out in the end and we had success!!!! My situation is not ordinary, it's in fact extremely rare. Jeff was a miracle.

My Husband is from Libya, which is currently one of a few travel banned country in the United States under the Executive Order 13769, which bars Libyan citizens from entering the United States for almost any reason. It is a third world country in Arab Africa that is over run by ISIS and rouge Militia. Their economy is busted up horribly and their healthcare is lackluster at best. It is currently an active war zone.

I have heard horror stories about travel banned countries and the issues that they face when it comes to immigrating spouses. For example: There are still people waiting to this day to come in to the country from when the travel ban started in January 2017.

I came to Jeff in May of 2018 with my request after being rejected repeatedly by lawyer after lawyer. Before I found Jeff, I literally had lawyers tell me to give up and that my case would never be processed. Jeff was different. He had a lot of hope for us from the beginning, despite the situation being very uncertain because of the Executive Order. Even high up executives and people at USCIS could not give certain answers for a lot of simple questions we had. It was a nightmare of lack of information, but Jeff had a level head and determination all the way through.

We started the process of our Visa application with Jeff in September 2018. Jeff worked up close and personal with me through the entire process and was so willing to exercise all options for expediting that we possibly could try. He helped us make sure that all of our documents were properly formatted and did so much research into making things work. Him and his team were working together tirelessly to make sure that all of the information we gave to USCIS was accurate and detailed, and submitted early every time. Throughout the whole process, I really felt like I could trust him fully.

Him and his team handled our calls so well, even though there were at least a few times we had called with questions that could not be answered due to our strange situation, or waiting periods being unbearably long. Even through mine and my husband's anxiety and tears, Jeff and his team were so supportive and loving to us. They gave us so much hope that everything would work out and always had good advice for being strong through the tough times.

In July of 2019, less than a year later, my husband was finally scheduled for his embassy interview. Now I want to mention that, though the time it took dragged on for us, it is also incredibly impressive, especially for my husband being a Libyan citizen during this period. His interview was incredibly quick, as we had covered everything in insane detail in his packet. He was the only Libyan Citizen to walk out of that embassy with a Visa that day. Everyone else had been rejected. He overheard one of the officers literally tell someone "Sorry, you're Libyan" before rejecting their application. In fact, from what we could find at the time, less than 10 Libyans had been issued the Visa we applied for during the duration of this whole process.

The services that Jeff provided to us were nothing less than generation changing. My husband's entire family had never married outside of Libya and all of them had been there through thick and thin since the beginning without leaving. Jeff not only gave my husband a life with me where he is safe from terrorists and war zone activity, but he was able to give my husband's entire family lineage a new horizon. A chance for our future children to become more in a country full of opportunities. A chance for those children to be raised in a safe environment without the fear of death creeping behind them every day. A chance to allow them to be covered under advanced healthcare that will keep them alive and well, even through some of life's most straining moments.
