If you need an immigration lawyer look no further than Joel Paget.
Let me tell you my personal story from 40 years ago.
I came to the United States in 1978 on a L-1 visa sponsored by my company, Safeco Insurance. In 1980, Safeco told me that they were going to get the best immigration lawyer to represent me to help me get green card so my family come live in the land of opportunity.
I remember meeting a young but talented lawyer named Joel Paget. I will never forget my first meeting with him at Safeco Plaza. His assurance and confidence was memorable. I knew he would stop at nothing to get me a green card. He gave me such a peace of mind during a stressful time by telling it’s going to be okay and leave everything to him.
He kept me up to date on the progress and was always so positive and assuring even when I was denied the labor certificate the first time around.
I always remember the letter he sent me on 9/23/1981 (I still have that letter with me to this day) letting me know that "your approval date has finally arrived." He had delivered on his promise.
Thank you, Joel, for all you did for me and my family. Our American dream may not have ever been realized if it hasn’t been for you.

I highly recommend the services of this law firm. As a Canadian mathematician consulting for a software company in Seattle, the company needed to get me a special O-1A Visa so that I could enter the United States. Given the complexity of the O-1A Visa application process, the company hired Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, a Seattle firm that specializes in immigration law. I worked closely with Jeng-Ya (Jen) Chen and her team over a 4-week period to complete my 483-page application, and was delighted to receive my O-1A Visa two weeks after the firm filed my application. I was so impressed with this firm's attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend their services, and do so without any hesitation or reservation.
I have worked with Ryan Swanson Law Group over the years and had nothing but 100% positive experiences with their entire team. From the times I've called the front desk, to the times I've been in their office, it's always been a pleasant experience and they have always done everything possible to get the job done right for me and for my entire family and company.

All they seem to care about is billing you. Whether you use their services or not, even the first supposedly free 15 minute consultation will trigger their unstoppable billing system.
Update: The attorney from Ryan Swanson sent me an email and said the billing issue is taken care of. They seem to care about doing things right, and hopefully they fix their processes. I am updating the rating from 1 star to 4 star.

I applied to this company for my E2 visa. They asked me to pay 2000 USD retainer and sign a very detailed contract. Then they sent me a long list of required documents including how our grand grand father had bought their property because our source of funds was selling this property. May be I had the wrong impression but I thought they might be overdoing things, similar to EB5 visa (?). I know from my friend that they did not do that detailed things for their E2 visa. May be things changed with Trump, I don't know, although another well-known attorney came up with a different approach regarding the funds from old timer real estate. I also had the impression that the cost could be higher than what they had quoted at the first place. So I decided not to work with them and asked my retainer back. They were nice to pay it back in full although they had taken some time to write some messages back and forth, without any face to face meeting though.

They filed an EB-1 petition for me and the experience was nothing but fantastic. The persons who helped me were professional, responsive and surprisingly personable. I will rely on them to take care of all immigration-related needs that I might have in the future. I recommend them highly for anyone with the same legal needs.

From my experience working with them, I have full trust in the advice they give. The team is always responsive, considerate and very personable. Bryan Graff has been helping us for the last 2 years with a claim brought by an opposing party to a contract. He has consistently given us the correct advice about some complicated jurisdictional matters and has managed the case in as cost-effective a way as possible. Recently the case was dismissed summarily, saving us tens of thousands of dollars in potential settlement funds as well as trial fees. It was the best result we could have hoped for. We are a Canadian company needing assistance in the US often. It is sometimes challenging for us to find effective advice because we have to select lawyers from a distance. Despite the fact that we have never been able to meet in person, Bryan has done an excellent job creating a relationship of trust with us. He is a responsive and collaborative adviser, whom we have no hesitation recommending for any business litigation needs.

I have had several business and personal opportunities to need an attorney. I have also used several firms in the Greater Seattle area. Ryan Swanson & Cleveland have been the most winning, reasonable, and honest group of attorney's I have used. Attorney Roger Kindley, has been a winner for me through his brilliant mind, and honest direction. He has won over 3 issues for me. At the same time, his firm and he remained honest and upstanding throughout the trials. I will continue to use this firm as I trust them to do the right thing for me and my business, and win also.

This firm does not care about families. We are very sorry for hiring them, it was a terrible experience and we were not billed fairly. John A. Bender was rude and unprofessional and discriminated against me. He was also very unknowledgeable about the law and would not take the time to speak with us.
