Sometimes they also chat by phone. Another helpful point is that since you are injured and dont feel well anyway, you never a need to travel to meet them. Very unprofessional. I have called for legal consultation and was continually prompted to sign up for services and start payment. I just had a couple questions pertaining to my claim and wasn’t quite in a position of needing representation And I felt very pressured to sign up to start paying.
