For several years we’d been frustrated in our attempts to establish a will. It was easy enough to determine how our assets are to be distributed, but the complicated part was planning to deal with issues around end of life needs, as well as executor duties. Not having children, those responsibilities seemed much too heavy to ask anyone to take on. We’d worked with a lawyer in the past who was not able to provide guidance on this matter.
