This is my worst experience with a law firm. I have been rescheduled 3 times over the course of 2 months. I never even gotten to speak with a lawyer. If I hadn’t reached out to other law firms, I would have missed filling my application in time.

Poor communication (no responses to emails or calls for weeks) and emails were riddled with typos. There are better options out there.

This office is silly. Every time I talk with them over the phone, they told me to be on hold cause they have another call comes in.

Attorneys are not professional. NOT ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION. Useless.

The absolute worse. Rude, unknowelegable, can never speak with a Attorney 95% of the time your speaking with an assistant. I would handle a case on my own before allowing them to rob me again legally.

I worked with Dr. MALHAS before few years ago and I would rate my experience as Ok with some scheduling hiccups. I have a new matter this year that I wanted to schedule for, which I setup a phone interview as directed. They insisted to collect some sensitive data about me on an intake form which have too many sensitive data to provide. I tried to convince them that I will do this later once we agree to work in the matter. They insisted that I have to provide this data and once I provided them this data, they kept scheduling my appointment 3 times and finally asking me to cancel. I am very concerned about this and will be watching for any irregular usage of my data. Cancellation was with no reason explained.

Horrible service. Months with no communication for simple request.

After hiring Dima Malhas for help with my partner's E-2 visa (from Poland), we retained another partner of this same firm - Mr. Edward Chung - for all our complex business-related legal activities. Both partnrs havef been outstanding in their work ethic and experience. They've made my partners and I feel like a priority for their firm and they're always top-notch when getting back to our calls and emails (even when we take forever to get back to them!). Overall, I highly recommend this firm for both immigration and business-related legal counsel.

Thanks to the help of Dr. Malhas and her team, we just found out today that my fiance was able to get his i-130 visa here to the states! Dr. Malhas and all her associates were my fiance's immigration lawyer and since he's currently in Dubai with an Iraqi citizenship, we certainly needed someone who was familiar with the newer legal landscape related to the travel ban and who was willing to give the extra effort to communicate effectively on everything that was going on with the process.

I hired Ms Malhas after searching online for an immigration lawyer in Seattle. I has a smll problem (that couldve got out of hand) with an immigration issue I was dealing with. I appreciated all of her hard work and she quickly resolvd it for me

I went through 3 lawyers for my brother's criminal case before being refered by a colleague to this firm. They definitely abide by ethical standards unlike almost ANY other lawyer I met which is extremely rare in the industry. Their emphasis on justice is genuine and I also appreciated their work ethic and level of communication since much of the work was done remotely (my brother is imprsoned in a Minnesota federal prison and I live in Detroit). I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good criminal justice law firm.

They were some of the nicest people I have met in awhile. The receptionist was just really nice and made me relax and feel comfortable and the attorney treated me with total respect and he listened to me. I could tell he really cared and I felt good when I left. I would recommend this firm 110%.
