If you need an attorney to tell you the truth and get the job done, Mr. Lewis is definitely the right attorney.

I have been a Paralegal in the legal field for more than 5 years and have met many attorneys and Mr. Lewis is by far one of the most well versed attorneys in his field that I have ever met. He not only connects with his clients but gives them honest and productive feedback to make clear-cut decisions for their case.

Mr. Lewis has the experience and expertise to know how to ask the right questions and get the correct results his clients want.

I retained Mr. Lewis a couple months ago and he always keeps me up to date on my case and moving things forward. In fact, Mr. Lewis has presented my case so well that the opposing (recently pro se’ party) has tried to slander his name in retaliation on google reviews just because he is mad at Mr. Lewis for his good work. You can see Robert Ribaudo’s comment below (the only low star rating) and he says Mr. Lewis is a “bully”. I would say Mr. Lewis is a hero, savior and doing his job by sticking up for me for severe domestic violence abuse for the past four years.

I would defiantly recommend Mr. Lewis to represent your case because I do not know any other family law attorney that not only gets the results you want, but can be the barrier between very volatile people while presenting a calm and professional manner at all times. In fact, Robert is the only one who consistently attacks others.

Mr. Lewis has helped me and my family through this hard time and I highly recccomend him as a family law attorney.

Doesent work well with opposing side
Threw paperwork at me and my attorney in the court room. Or tossed it.
Bullies
Makes false accusations
Has no ethics
Does not explain things well to those representing themselves

Yale was great--affordable, accessible, responsive and knowledgeable. He spent time with me 1:1 and achieved a positive outcome for my family and me.

Yale is very knowledgeable of the law and works hard to get you the best outcome. He doesn't drag things out to run up fees and encourages you to do as much of the legwork as possible to save you money.

Yale did a great job with my son's relocation case. There were many twists and turns throughout the case, but Yale always prepared us for the next step and got the job done. He's very receptive and open to discussion and alternatives, and ultimately recommends the best course of action. While I won't say everything went perfectly (I can't imagine it ever does), there is no question Yale got us to the finish line with the right outcome. I would certainly recommend him those with family law issues.

Yale is an amazing lawyer! He didn't waste my time or my money by trying to make things drag on. Before hiring Yale I had a previous lawyer that I was paying just for paperwork and ended up wasting my time and my money (almost half of what I paid Yale JUST for paperwork in less than a months time) Needless to say I would hire him again and DEFINITELY recommend him to others :)

My divorce case was not a straight-forward one since as a 28-year wife of a disabled man, I was the caretaker as well as single wage earner. My spouse (and his family) were requesting more than half of my pay and assets. Yale had the courage to request the judge take a unique position and do the just and fair thing in dividing up our assets and ordering a reasonable amount of maintenance. Yale was very efficient, didn't waste my time (and more importantly did waste his time and drive up my fees). He's very focused, practical and supportive. I recommend him highly without any reservations.

Yale helped my wife and I complete our wills and set up how we could ensure our children's future care. I felt very positive about Yale's knowledge in answering our questions and completing the work for us.

I read the previous review and thought you cannot judge an attorney by one person's opinion. So I went to a consultation with Yale Lewis, and I am a paralegal myself, so I have worked with many attorneys. I can honestly say he is very much arrogant and inconsistent. He was really all over the place in his approach, he went from asking about my legal situation, to talking about his past cases & he just did not seem focused. He did not seem compassionate at all & his main concern was getting me as a client & if I was going to have the money, as opposed to if he was going to represent me well & concerned about my legal dilemna. He also treats his paralegal very rudely. I just don't see myself paying a person like that to represent me & my children. I do not recommend Yale Lewis, there are many other tribal attorney's in Seattle who care about you & your family, NOT how much you are putting in their pocket. Seek Legal Counsel Wisely & Take Care.
