The attorney he assigned to me , he never called back when the said he would and allowed the prosecutor to change the terms of the condition of the plea bargain after i accepted it and allowed the prosecutor to add an addition 900$ fine after the I accepted the initial first offer that didn't have the fine. Extremely nice guy, but nice doesn't equate to competence in this case. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and I wouldn't take a chance and I would go somewhere else and find someone through a reference, there were a lot of people in the courtroom complaining about their attorneys.

I could never count on them returning a my call when they said they would, If I had to do over again, i would definitely use someone else. Just my two cents

First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer.
