I met this woman in traffic court as she was quickly dispatching the charges for two other people. Their situations sounded similar to mine, so as she was walking out, I followed her and asked her if my case sounded like her previous two. She briefly advised me, then said she'd take over for me if I wanted her to. She had a clear track record of accomplishing what she needed to accomplish, and her fee was absolutely doable. Case DISMISSED: State patrol pulled me over for "Not paying the Carpool Toll on I5 South" This is that toll lane where you can use the Red Switch to indicate whether or not you are 3+ carpooling.

My husband drives dumptruck and a car cut him off on the freeway. We hired Jeannie to settle this case and clear my husband and she did not disappoint. I will be referring anybody with traffic issues to her.

Her services are world class. My violation was successfully amended to a non-moving violation and therefore will not affect my insurance.

I found myself in traffic court without representation for a speeding ticket and driving without insurance ticket. I had contacted a lawyer I found on line who was rude and informed me he would plead the speeding violation down to a infraction lesser than the original ticket but could make no promises it would not be reported to my insurance which was my primary concern. This is my first ever review, but because of the success I have had with Jeannie Mucklestone, I thought I would take the time to let others know about my experiences. I don't know the exact number, but I have used Jeannie Mucklestone about a half dozen times over the course of the last 5 to 6 years - always for speeding tickets. Every time I do, I always struggle with the decision to fork out additional money for an attorney and I question myself...would it be better just to pay the ticket and be done with it? Because there are no guarantees in this line of work, it always feels like a gamble, and I don't have the kind of money to gamble every time I get a speeding ticket. All that said... every time she has represented me, she has gotten the ticket either dismissed, or reduced to a non-moving violation. I don't speak legal language, so I don't know exactly how she does it - but even in cases where I believed that it would be easy to show that was clearly guilty of speeding... magically, the case is dismissed. I don't know how she does it, but I really don't need to know - I just know that I will always use her for any traffic infraction because she is batting 100 with me. :-)

First major infraction ever. T-boned and rolled over cops said it was my fault for failure to yield. I was incredibly anxious about my court date on Halloween reading google reviews and found Jeannie. Hired her a week before. Was a bit worried about the quick acceptance without info, just send the money and we go type of interaction because other lawyers wanted me to hash out the whole story a million times. I was also asked to pay an additional fee which felt shady after hearing one price first. I didn’t hear anything after payment and called the day before to make sure I didn’t need to be at court and they said no. Come Halloween I called mid day for an update that my case was dismissed. I’m thinking the people with bad reviews are probably thin lines for fault. I will say better communication could have eased my anxiety but ultimately I’m incredibly happy with the result so 5⭐️ Here!
