I should have left this review for Andre and his team long time ago!
Let's start by confirming with you guys that I have been his client since 2013 starting with my 2-year-green-card, switching up to my 10-year-green-card, and wrapping up with my citizenship in Nov 2019. He has been super duper helpful, responsive, and responsible for all of his works. I seriously would not trust anyone else but him to file my paperwork! He's now handling a case for my petition of sponsorship; and I honestly would not have peace of mind if it's not for him. When I doubted myself (for no reasons!!) about the 100 questions of naturalization interview, he's the one, together with my husband, to believe in me! Again, I can never thank Andre enough! If you're still unsure about having him as your lawyer, just do it! I promise you he's the one you can trust and the services he provides speak themselves.

A kudos to Mr. Olivie. I called his office, unsure if I ought to make a consulation appointment and hire him for his services. He listened to my question and answered that I need not make an $180 consult appt. Nor did I need to retain him to resolve my case. On the contrary, yesterday I also reached out to Choquette Law Group via the online consultation request and explained in detail my reason for requesting a consultation appointment. Paul Choquette wrote back: " Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, I do not consult (give advice) regarding this situation." In the same amount of words that could have been typed to give the advice that Mr. Olivie gave, Mr. Choquette chose not give out anything. This gives me the impression that Choquette Law Group will only move a finger if there is something in it for them. I do not trust nor recommend Choquette Law Group.

As some of other reviewers stated, Mr. Olivie is one of the very few (if not the only one) immigration attorneys who focus on serving the LGBT community in the Puget Sound area. Because of that, we chose him for my green card application. Although young, Mr. Olivie is quite experienced in handling all kinds of immigration cases. Weeks after DOMA got struck down, my husband and I started looking at the documents and forms we needed to fill out to apply for a Green Card. Well, let’s just put it this way, after hours of browsing the Internet, doing research and filling out several I-Forms we finally gave up and started considering to look for help.
We found Andre’s information in an LGBT magazine and send him a quick email with our information. Andre was very fast in responding, precise and gave us all the information in an email and our first meeting. We are positively surprised on how easy and smooth everything went. If I had to go through this application process again, I would hire Andre again, without a doubt!

My partner and contacted Andre Olivie in August to help us get through the procedure of applying for and receiving a permanent residence status card [ green card ] Throughout the whole process Andre was extremely helpful, guiding us through all the paperwork of forms to fill out, afidavits to acquire and all the other necessary documents required to prove that we had a legal case to present to the government. Right up to the interview he was there for us, giving us the confidence to know that everything was done right. I met Andre Olivie first after I was referred by a colleague whom Andre helped to get his asylum. His hospitality is extraordinary and he is specific and to the point. He also agreed to assist me to get my asylum too and it is almost for free compared to other attornys. He finalized everything as per our initial plan and I got my asylum approval ontime without going to court. I was so lucky to be referred to him and get his legal assitance.
