I had a complicated case that involved 3 car accidents that happened within a year.
The first one I was at fault for and because of that, the other two I was involved in made my case very difficult. It was very confusing for all the providers I saw to know which claim to bill because some of my injuries were the same in each claim (those injuries just got worse each accident).
In the negotiation process, each insurance company wanted the other insurance company to be accountable for some the injuries I sustained, when really each claim had a part in it. I was restless and irritable from all the “blame game” going on, but in the end Dean made sure that everything was sorted correctly and settled fairly. In conclusion, everything is over and all my claims are closed and I feel good about the outcome of each one. I also had a claim for diminished value of my car (from the third accident), the insurance company didn’t want to consider my car totaled because they thought the repair costs wouldn’t exceed the value of the car, but over the time it was being repaired the mechanics kept finding more damage and in the end my car had over $20,000 worth of repairs so basically I was left with a car that should of been totaled. Dean also made sure that was settled fairly.
Overall, I am very happy I hired Dean and have no regrets. If you need help and don’t know where to start, you should give him a call.

Filing for Social Security Disability is a daunting and demoralizing task. The rules are complex and the process is complicated. Although we began the process without representation it soon became clear that we were in over our heads and lacked the information necessary to provide the proper documentation. And, of course, we were initially denied. I found the Law Offices of Russell & Hill online. Calling them and making an appointment was essentially a "leap of faith".

I hired Dustin Burke to fight a vehicular assault charge (with DUI) I was facing. Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that.

He completely handled all aspects of the case from case management, to doctors, to getting medical bills reduced etc. He made me feel I did not have to worry because he would do that for me. Matt always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only advice I would give, make sure you have the maximum coverage on your uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. It is inexpensive and will only hurt you in the long run if you do not have it.

I hired Dustin to tackle a case involving my 17 year old son that was involved in trafficking of stolen property. My son made a very poor choice to assist a "friend" of his and it ended it up with major consequences. I did not know what to do or where to turn. Dustin was recommended through various sources so I contacted him immediately. He took the time to listen to me and my son and put all the pieces together. He represented us in a such a professional and positive manner that to this day I still commend him for. I was very scared and nervous at first and panicked a few times but he calmed my nerves with precise explanations and how the process would proceed. He and his firm even met with the prosecutor to discuss the possibility of reducing the sentence. They came to an agreement and now my son is no longer facing a felony charge as long as he obeys the court's instructions (which I and his dad will see to!!). I have never been through this before and I thank Dustin and Russell & Hill for every minute and effort they put into this for my son. After hiring Dean Swanson to take on my case, I only regretted that I didn't make the decision sooner. Almost 4 years ago, I was driving on I-5 and rear ended at a dead stop by an SUV moving at 60 MPH. It was a 4 car pile up which caused me to miss work for almost a year.

For the first two years I handled everything myself, but dealing with a major insurance company is a huge task. Even though my injuries were still prevalent, I decided to try to move on, and get this case behind me. I was ready to just take whatever settlement, get by hospital bills paid, and be done with it.

After being slapped in the face with a low-ball offer from the insurance company, I decided to take the advice of a friend who referred me to Dean.

They have represented us for at least ten criminal cases and traffic infractions. Our favorite attorney there has unfortunately left but this is still a great, affordable firm. They give you a discount if you can pay cash up-front, have taken cases two days before the court date (although I would recommend giving them more time in advance out of respect), are caring and do not make you feel less-than for committing any offenses. They understand how the law works, how the police can mislead people into writing false statements or admit fault when actually innocent. We have had an 100% success rate with them, not a single infraction or misdemeanor has been put on our record because we always have them represent us. We are loyal to this firm for a reason, they are kind, affordable and do all the work themselves- with traffic infractions you don't even need a consultation, they handle it all for you after one phone call. With misdemeanors it usually takes one consultation and a few courtesy phone calls on their part, this is a fantastic firm for people who are busy with their careers and life at home. I never go online to write reviews but I know how stressful receiving traffic infractions or getting charged with misdemeanors can be for people who have a job on the line or are facing high insurance rates, Russell & Hill are there to help and it only takes one short call, no waiting or being placed on hold for long periods of time, usually you will speak with an attorney within the first two minutes of calling. Do not hesitate on using their services for your next traffic infraction, you will save money in the long run! EDIT: Do not hesitate on getting help with your Felony charges or DUIS, as well. We personally don't have experience with felony representation but both of us have had a DUI dropped completely (no charge! Both dropped to traffic infractions) with this firm. I have heard great things about their representation in District Court and for Felony Offenders I just do not have a personal account to sharee
