She took time to answer questions I initially had, she quickly recognized I was a working parent who didn't have an understanding of the complicated divorce process or the time to figure it out. I quickly felt comfortable in moving ahead with Marya in assisting me with getting the process started as she was knowledgeable and confident in her ability to help me. Also, being a Limited License Legal Technician, Marya could help me at a fraction of the cost of an attorney. At our first meeting, I had to talk to Marya about some very personal details, she was very understanding and handled everything extremely professionally. I hired Brandon Gillin to help me with a potential real estate encroachment issue, as my neighbor was encroaching on our property. The process included Brandon drafting a license agreement, with the intent of me granting a license for the encroachment. The real "win" in the process was how Brandon educated me as to issues and how our joint communication with the neighbor resulted in them changing their practices so they no longer encroached on our property and a license was no longer needed. Furthermore, by how it was handled, the relationship with the neighbor actually improved (is now very good). Due to Brandon's diligence and follow-through, I have protected my property rights and maintained good relationship with the neighbor.
