This guy.... He won't call you back even after an initial contact and verbal from his secretary that he will call you back. Called back. Secretary said "If he doesn't call you back that means he doesn't want your case". Nice. Way to go Joe, at least be courteous enough to call back and say you are not able to represent a potential client. Geeezuz!
