Injury Lawyer, Robert H. Magie, cost me thousands of dollars in my settlement. He did not properly counsel nor did he explain anything or coach me prior to the deposition. I was on so many different drugs for pain then to know. I also knew nothing about depositions. And it's not my job to know. It's his job.
