No idea if he is a good lawyer or not but don't rent from him because he's a slumlord. He owns a building in Superior & Bachand manages it.

Mr Dahlberg and staff were cordial, experienced, and professional. They were able to answer all of our questions and some that we hadn't even considered. In a timely manner we received a well ordered packet of our custom estate plan with all the bases covered. The rates were reasonable and all of their work was documented.
