I was appoint Mr. Halverson as my public defender 20 years ago. I was not guilty of the charge.(I believe it was no proof of insurance.) He always returned my phone calls and knew my case intimately. I met with Mr. Halverson at his office, before my court appointment, his office was stacked with countless documents, as is common with the workload of a public defender, yet he knew exactly where my file was, and as I said he knew everything that was in the documents.What an amazing memory! He told me what to prior to my scheduled court appointment, I followed his instructions to the "TEE". Not surprising, when I went to court. I was in and out with a dismissal. I can recommend him without hesitation.
I was in need of him again and he came thru for me as he had done before.I could go on in detail, but it is not important. if you should be looking for a n attorney that will stand up for you and fight, Charles Halverson is the man you want. Don't gamble with your future, put mr. Halverson to work for you and trust him. you will not regret your choice. By the way I have learned do not get yourself in a position to need him is best. I have not needed him since. Vut if I should ever need to retain him for anyone I know I will not even question his fees, because I believe he saved me thousands of dollars that any other public defender would have told me to take a ples.
