Steven Mottinger was my lawyer in 2005-2006 for my criminal defense. He told me to plead guilty and never took a second look at my file. He also stated that as per the plea agreement, it would only be misdemeanors, however I know have felonies because of taking his "advice". He never advocated for me as his client, and even told me that he believes that I was guilty. Steven Mottinger did not do his job or even attempt to defend me in any way shape or form. I firmly believe I should join his former client who is suing him and start a class action suit against him and his law firm.

Steve represented me in clay county and has no license to practice in Minnesota. He is a worthless lawyer. He lied to me about the case. He has no morals.

Great firm I have used three of there attorneys and have had great results with all of them every time I used them. My advise if you don't do bad things bad things won't happen to you. If you did nothing wrong this firm will prove it.
