How is it that when I try to call this law firm they never answer. They take out $200 from my account every month and then decide they want to put a judgement on my account. When they never answer my phone calls and or when someone answers the phone. They tell you they can’t help you, because you have to talk to one person. She won’t talk to my wife and one time the front desk women said that she would ask if the one handling my case was busy and said she would talk to us only to transfer us to her voicemail. What the hell. Get better reps or transfer my loans to a better company who can help with my loans and make sure my money goes to where it’s suppose to.

If I can gave no stars I would. Horrible law firm to deal with and no one calls you back as “they promise”. Sadly when you are trying to take care of a debt why is it so hard for me to PAY IT?
Seems like there’s only two people who only work as a legal account which is incredibly annoying because it goes straight to voicemail 99.5% of the time.

This company sent ours a Garnishment summons for someone who has never even worked for our company. After receiving it, I had left multiple message for the account manager to clear up the mistake on their end and not once was my call returned. This is clearly not an upstanding company
