This place helped me out a lot. Markus is very considerate of your situation and is more than willing to work with you. They are their for your best interest which is very comforting may you find yourself inside a law firm one day. They are good at what they do and i give them five stars!!

I saw some good reviews, then I went in to see Markus Powell. Rather obnoxious. He didn't even introduce himself, shake my hand or hardly smile. He couldn't even understand what questions I was asking. His attitude clearly showed he didn't even want to be at work. ZERO stars if it's possible! I wouldn't hire him even if it was free!!!! Worst experience I've had with anyone.

I would highly recommend. Both Ashley and Marcus are extremely professional and they know how to do their jobs. Also, Becky the secretary was always there to answer questions or leave a message if Ashley was busy. Thank you for all of your help!

This place saved my life. I was facing a false felony charge because of lies from my ex wife. My first lawyer who was court afforded deliberately left me to drown. Ashley was beyond an angel. She worked with me and took even the smallest payments I was able to manage and I was on disability at the time. She not only reversed everything my prior lawyer did but she got everything dropped. She is an amazing person and this office gave me a second chance in life

Markus Powell was a great lawyer and kept my best interest every step of the way. I was always able to get a response even after hours and Becky was very prompt in getting back to me within minutes of email or phone calls. Highly recommend!!!

Markus Powell will extort as much money as he possibly can from you without dong any work. Whenever he faces a challenge he will either threaten to quit or demand more money for tasks he was already paid for. Don’t let these pirates take advantage of you in your times of need. Everyone has a right to fair counsel and it is your counsels job to uphold the integrity of the law.

If you have a problem with these lawyers do what I did and file a complaint.

1. Put your complaint in writing. It should be signed, dated, and sent to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 125 Slate Dr., Ste. 2, P.O. Box 2297, Bismarck, ND 58502-2297. You do not need a lawyer to represent you.

Would give NO STARS if possible!! Never met a more arrogant and jerk Attorney as bad as this guy.. Spent no more than 10 minutes in this guys office and left....Would not hire if last Attorney in the world!!!!

I'll never walk through these doors again, nor will I ever recommend them. I stopped in needing an attorney, left a message, two weeks go by and no call back. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, stopped in on Thursday only to finally have one of them call me back, Thursday afternoon. They told me to stop in Friday morning and they would go over everything. Needless to say I left work only for them to not be in. I tried very hard to keep it local, but with service like that they will be the last I ever recommend. We ventured out to someone else that was more than glad to help us with what we needed.
