I never committed a crime and trusted this law firm with my life. Research Prosecutorial misconduct as prosecutorial misconduct can only happen when lawyers, both sides defense and prosecution fail to follow their code of ethics. I lost my job, my children lost 4 years of their development in their sports, education, and life. They allowed the prosecutors to alter my house for a jury view (the sports vase given to me by my son's football team for coaching), knew of lies being told in court, fail to communicate to me a very important argument in my case about a dresser and something that never happened in court was able to be altered after trial.
In Mooney v. Holohan, 294 U.S. 103 (1935), prosecutors “knowingly” used perjured testimony.

Attached you will see that in the hand written statement, she wrote that I left the room. Then in trial her story changed to where she left the room. The prosecutors knew of this lie as her story changed, and they continued it. To confuse the jury more, this fabricated lie, I was never interviewed by the detective or asked about it on tape. So there was no audio of any discussion I had about this lie with the detective, with me answering to the lie. Then the prosecutors road this lie in court, fabricating the lie as well. There is a dresser in my boy’s room where she claimed this to have happened that have always been the way it is blocking the opening she claimed to have gotten away from me in trial. I was never made aware of the importance of that argument by my lawyers; when the judge asked about it in chamber, I was confused as I did not know anything about the dresser argument; as it states in the lawyer's professional code of ethic Rule 1.4 Communication (a) A Lawyer shall: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5
Yet we are supposed to trust lawyers as our human rights is about our liberty. America's system of law is nothing but manipulations and fabrication. As it stated in a CIA book, my people can never trust America,. that was at a macro scale. what happened to me is at an individual scale but with the same affect.

Top notch criminal counsel, good folks and they care about their clients. I refer clients who have criminal problems to these folks on a regular basis.
