The negative review from Crystal H was written by an opposing party
in a case I am involved in. She has lost several hearings in this case and in the last hearing the judge called her out on her inappropriate behavior and she was sanctioned. Although the judge makes the rulings, she blames me for her unfavorable outcomes in court. She has continued to attack me in other forums where I have been successful taking her false comments down. I am working on getting this one taken down as well because it is false and does not meet the Google guidelines.

The negative review by Erik Richardson was done by an opposing party in a case that my previous partner had, Beth Prinz. I have not worked on this case and I do not know Erick Richardson. Beth Prinz retired in 2012. The case was closed before I began working with Beth Prinz. My assumption is that Mr. Richardson did not like a ruling in his case that the judge made and is lashing out at Ms. Prinz. I am trying to get this review taken down as soon as possible because it does not meet the guidelines for Google, otherwise every opposing party can write a review like this one because they are upset they did not get a favorable result.

Mr. Kirk came to see an attorney here for a consultation. Our staff informed him that he would be charged for the consultation. There must have been a misunderstanding. Because of the misunderstanding, we have already waived the consultation fee and apologized for the misunderstanding. It would have been common courtesy for him to talk to us in person about this and we would have cleared this up immediately.

I had Jenna help me with the guardianship of my daughter. Moving to Pullman WA from another state was stressful enough without having to deal with the guardianship requirements of the new state. Jenna took care of everything for me so I was able to unpack and get everything settled with our new home. I highly recommend her. She is both friendly and professional and helped me so didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Anyone who isn't clear on pricing, consultation fees, understanding of the law regarding the matter should not be practicing in my view. Unreal how they disregard the hardship of finances of the working class. If I was doing any job for anyone I would have the courtesy to discuss pricing before hand and not insinuate an initial discussion (which is pretty standard) wouldn't cost anything to then find out I was being hustled. I have visited 3 attorneys regarding this matter. This office was the ONLY one who had the audacity to ask for a fee after an initial consultation.
I spent a days wage in an less than 42 minutes. My issue is clarity, not price. As an attorney you own the duty to be honest and forthcoming. I was not extended that courtesy. I will pay the bs consultation fee......I recommend you seek council from those with a more ethical approach. Your money can be better spent elsewhere.

Now its even worse, now this firm files bogus restraining orders with absolutly no evidence of abuse solely to help mother get full custody. that is called abuse of the system and parental alienation. But of course they never did care about child haveing both parents. If your a father who wants your child, beware this attorney is horrible unethical and lies. Will do everything include lie if it helps mother against you. Cared nothing about whats right or best for the child. Only money. went into court with known lies and got a ruleing based on what she knew to be lies, and brozik following in prinzs footsteps tried interfearing again, trying to make sure our child never has a complete family home. This office supports broken homes for kids, and, this office hates fathers and our rights.
