I do not recommend Jermey Huberdeau to anyone. I started my divorce case with him and paid him a $2500 retainer (Plus $225 just to talk to him for 30mins. at my first visit with him.) and all he did was FILE my case. After he dropped me due to “conflict in interest “ I asked if I can have the remainder of my retainer, only to find out he used it all and even gave me a discount so I wouldn’t have to owe more. MIND you all he did was file my case. Please don’t waste your time and MONEY !

I got towed illegally. Huberdeau Law Office is a nonresidental private property without a "no parking" sign, so under Washington state law, they legally had to wait 24 hours to tow my car which they did not do. Within 4 hours my car was illegally towed, costing over $200 for the towing fee, and scrapes to my front and rear bumpers. Took me 3 seconds to look up the law (RCW 46.55.070), it's funny how this "law" office doesn't know their law.

This law firm in my opinion is a complete waste of money. They did very little work on preparing. With what other attorneys have told me we should have had more to stand on then they presented. They acted like rookies in the courtroom. They were fired after that debacle. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve never ever reviewed before but if I can save one person from throwing hard earned money away it’s worth it. Don’t do it!!
