Patrick Earl was my attorney recently. He was very hard to reach other than text. We scheduled two phone conferences and he missed both, with no response or explanation. We talked the day before my hearing. He never asked for my information on the case, and was unable to provide public records of body camera footage of the incident. He was late to meet me the day of the hearing. He responded in a demeaning manner when I asked questions about my case and rushed me to sign documents I wanted to read before signing.
All that said, my case was deferred and will be dismissed in one year. I cannot speak to weather Mr. Earl had anything to do with the outcome.

Do not use this attorney unless you want your life ruined. He has no office staff does his own hand written invoicing charges you 250.00 hr to do all office work and para legal work he texted me that I owe him money and asked questions just so he could charge me more money and use of my retainer. He waived my rights to speedy trial without my permission pushed out my dates didnt turn in evidence or witness reports that would of got the case dropped. missed my court date to go back east and by a fancy RV and bragged about it. He cost me everything by his lack representation and ruined my life. I fired him and I hired a lawyer from another county and he informed me that the $5000.00 i had spent Patrick had never turned in testomonies from witnesses to the prosecuter that would of set me free and gave me my life back. Patrick REFUSED to give the statements and facts I had collected to my new lawyer I replaced him with, who did get my case dropped as soon as all info was given to prosecuter This cost me 8 months of life where I lost my home my family and my business.
I would not recommend Patrick Earl unless you want to loose everything he does not care about his clients. He emailed me when i replaced him and said good luck with that your going to do time.
