Completely ruined my bankruptcy. This is a delayed review. I was doubtful if I qualified because of income. I trusted the Dow firm to give me the right advice because of Greg's year of experience. After completing the paperwork and means test I was assured I qualified so went ahead and borrowed money from family to file. 5 months later was told it was denied after I had stopped paying bills and moved forward. Turns out I needed to add a whole additional paycheck which disqualified me. I would not have gone down this route which sent all bills into collections had the numbers been worked correctly the first time. Lawyers should know how many pay checks need to be included. Additionally he automatically filed chapter 13 without my asking. I ended up hiring another attorney to fix and stop what could be done. I'm still dealing with the consequences from last year's decisions with my collector's on my taxes this year.

My good friend is going through a divorce, he hired Ben Dow. Ben Dow failed to file the correct papers to bring the wife and children, she stole back to Benton county, so he had a fair chance to get at the very least 50/50 custody. He was very unknowledgeable about a lot of the things he did nothing but take his money and cause him heart ache and suffering with out his kids. I do not recommend this man. He is lazy and not helpful. Should be flipping burgers or delivering pizza...

I contacted the Dow Firm in August asking for help in collecting a business payment for work performed for another law firm in town. Ben Dow was helpful and suggested that our first step should be to send a letter. After six weeks, no letter and no return calls. At month two I called and left a message with both his assistant Megan and voicemail asking to turn this into full fledge collection. No response. All of month three and four I have called 2-3 times a week, been given several appointment times all of which he has blown off and been unavailable and still has not responded. I am surprised he still has business. I can't speak to his actual work, I just know that he doesn't seem to have any integrity, or customer care. I'd be worried now if he tried to handle my case that he wouldn't bother to do the work.

Some clients go off the rails when you recommend not going to court (and spending gobs of money). I have no idea who Natalie Morgan is but we did not represent her.

Ben dow has been the best attorney I have worked with. Everything he has promised has come true and he was able to help win me full custody of my son. His whole staff has been very truthful and professional. I have enjoyed having him as my attorney. He is very honest and upfront with what is to be expected. He has gone above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Ben as an attorney for family matters.
