I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I did all the work on my case. Yes I won, my attorney recieved his payment several months ago and I have yet to receive any payment. I tried to reach out to my attorney for help and was informed by him there was nothing he could do. Of course he got paid and he's done. Not ok

Art Klym known to be a reputable attorney in the area surprised us as co-counsel in a civil case. He was on a very important complex civil case that had been ongoing for 6 yrs, (he was involved for a yr), $200,000, and 10 court delays. Just before trial he and the lead counsel Ms. Carman unexpectedly withdrew leaving us without representation. This has been traumatic and devastating for our family. I invested all my money and my parents were backing this case with their retirement fund. We were respectful and considerate to Mr. Klym only to have us turn on us without good cause. His recent actions have been unconscionable. We did nothing to deserve the treatment we recare from our former legal team. Mr. Klym actions toward me have unfortunately been shameful.

Thomas J Atwood is an incompetent sorry excuse for a lawyer. Once checks are written you don't hear from him until the day of court. Absolutely zero preparation at all. I feel would have been better off without him. After inquiring his services he stated that he wasn't trained in the field of my case, however he would make a "special exception" and do some "research" about it. Instead my case was put in his to do pile and never got done. Instead of refereeing me to someone else he cashed my check and threw me to the sharks.
