Diana is very sweet. If you call ask for her. She is very helpful and nice and willing to listen. I called for my son's custody case for a question on child support and she went out of her way to help me figure out what was goihng on. I didnt end up getting a consultation but I was very pleased with the willingness to help and the amount of help I received just from a phone call.

Rocky and Kasondra are lifesavers! They were amazing to work with, caring and very professional. They worked quickly and were supportive every step of the way! I have so much appreciation for their work ethic and accountability. They were there when I needed them and made sure I understood the very confusing legal processes...such an amazing staff!

I’ve been battling a crazy custody situation that started with my ex and everytime we get “letters” or have to go back to court over something dumb.... Ms. Acosta represented my family and I in a Third Party Custody against the State of Washington. This process was long and frustrating, but Ms. Acosta was their cheering us on. Ms. Acosta made sure my family was kept together and made sure the finalization of the case was smooth. After dealing with the State of Washington for three years and then hiring Ms. Acosta to help us finalize the case for another year in a half, we have now had full custody of our nieces for two years and we couldn't be happier.

Ms. Acosta also helped me obtain a Protection Order. I encountered an unexpected situation that required immediate attention and prompt action. Ms. Acosta was very prompt in getting me a court date. This law office starts out good. Than after paying them to request specific holidays, they didn't take it to court. They advised we lie and say child was sick. They would call for money, yet in 5 months and $6000.00 later we still couldn't get them to send an itemized bill. They took $50.00 for a mediation that they never arranged. They took money and rarely returned calls. They than withdrew from the case a day before hearing siting they were unable to contact client. This incompetent firm left messages on a phone that hadn't been used in 4 months. I called other attorneys in the area to explain problem and one laughed saying they heard this before. Just my opinion, LOOK ELSEWHERE.
