My case was handled efficiently and I entered an agreement before any actual court proceedings. Mr. Hansen was professional and very informative about my whole case. If you want an attorney and staff who are condescending , mean, and unprofessional, this is the law firm for you. Mr. Hansen worked hard to find all of the flaws in my daughter's child custody case, but the way we were treated by him and his staff was definitely not worth it. Sara and, especially Dolce, were incredibly impatient and not only yelled at me on the phone, but Dolce hung up on me! Every time I called to ask about the case, there was some excuse as to why my questions couldn't be answered or I was literally screamed at as to why the case was being handled the way it was. The case file was not readily available, and an appointment had to be made to get a copy of it. This law firm is the polar opposite of every other one I have worked with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS LAW FIRM. You also want to look into Mr. Hansen's background. Not good.
