Let me start by saying that the front desk receptionist has excellent customer service skills. TOP NOTCH! She was through on her knowledge of the practice and what the partners there have to offer. I ended up not going with this company due to other reasons of my own. But I just had to leave a review letting anyone and all know that Susan the first face you see and the first impression you get when walking in the building is everything a receptionist should be! She is skilled when it comes to providing a customer the knowledge they need when searching for a lawyer. I had lots of questions and she was very patient and kind with a very pleasant demeanor and a welcoming smile. I appreciated that.
