Some attorneys helpful. Some useless. Some receptionists helpful. Some rude and misleading. When seeking help on a family law matter that involves the safety of minors, Lombino Martino don't advise you before they abandon you. That makes them very horrible.

A client of mine has use of their services. You can't even come into the office to speak with an attorney only over the phone and then you still have to wait for a returned call. The service is basically like calling the consulting nurse at a hospital. They just give consultation...some advice...I guess for 24.99 monthly that may be great for some people. I'll pass.

I've had the membership for sometime... recently used it 4 different times in a 2 week, had an issue with a neighbor was able to talk a great lengths on my options of to handle, was offered to write a letter but choose another one of the options, received my first ticket in over 30 years have to say that was some experience but at this time there are no points on my record. My calls were returned quickly and was able to speak with the attorneys always helpful and I never felt hurried... I most likely would have not called an attorney except maybe for the ticket but it would have cost me I'm sure more than my yearly membership... So well worth having this membership. I will never be without... better to have and not need it than to not have and need it... but we always have something to call about and we are law abiding citizens… but don't always know our rights... Oh and one of the items was for $50 that was owed us, who would ever have an attorney write a letter for that amount well they did and we now have the $50..

Recently, the same thing happened with me on their phone system. This basically is the first time this has happened to me after my having been a client for 22 years now, and good with most all transactions with/through all business with LOMBINO MARTINO PS. I give them a 9 out of 10. If they want a 10 from me, then they need to treat me to lunch! W.M.

Repeatedly trying to call. I get a message saying I'm 11th in line. I wait till I'm told I'm first in line then the call drops. This happened 4 times. Each time I waited until I was told my call would be answered next. And you guessed it, the call dropped then each time. WHO WILL BE ANSWERING MY CALL?

I would run the other way. You would think someone working as a lawyer would be honorable they are not5. Everytime I spoke with him he was long winded it would take 20 to 30 min everytime I would speak with them 4 times. They didnt sent anyone to repersent me in court after speaking with him several times and signing a contract saying the would repersent me. I then had my licence suspended for failuer to appear????? What was beyond infuriating is this man Martino who I spoke with blamed me for him not showing up to repersent me in court???? Because of his lack of charater I ended up paying thousands of dollars. I have ever wantes to see KARMA in action. Please be very careful working with him and keep detailed notes

Absolutely useless. I have a Legal Shield plan and Lombino is a Shield provider in WA state. Once there was a snow storm. But everybody worked - McDonald's, clinics, nothing serious. Lombino closed it's office for the week. They should not be paid by Legal Shield.

02/14/2019 I asked Lombino Martino question about legal basics related to my case. Attorney Richard Smith called me the same day on behalf of Lombino. He said, his experience is more than 40 years. However, he told he does not know answers to any of my questions. My questions were very easy, they were so easy that I easily found answers on the Internet couple of days later. Mr Smith demonstrated he does not know the basics of the law working more than 40 years as an attorney. I see that if such non-qualified attorneys work for Lombino Martino, the whole company is absolutely useless. They get money for nothing.

Mr Smith told, next day another attorney will call me. 02/14/2019 another attorney Larry Spokoiny called me and said he refuse to answer basic legal questions because I did not hire an attorney. I asked his name and he refused to tell. Later I found his initials. Then he hung up.
I recommend everybody to stay away from Richard Smith, Lombino Martino and Legal Shield.

I have been working with this law firm for quite some time for various legal matters. They have helped me and i continued to work with them, however that came to an end recently.

They were going to refer me to another attorney for a matter that could assist me more than they could. Well it took 3 calls and over a mth to get that referral.

Back in 2018 there was a similar situation, they were going to refer me to another attorney and it took them a long time, they also referred me to the wrong attorney to start with and had to re refer me.

While the pros outweigh the cons in working with them, when it comes to legal matters i expect the best, and after this last incident i am not going to risk it with this law firm.

Great law firm. Concerned for me and my case. Not a rope them in and get them out. They got to know me personally and what was important to me. My PL Mitzi took good care of me and kept me on track and not side tracked.

I was told from their front desk in order for them to change or update one question with my will, I had to be a member though Legal Shield. i would pay the $50 for Jessica their attnory to fix or update, then to pay a monthly membership. Their a bit snobby on the phone.

This is the worst law firm that I have ever delt with they are cowards to say the least spend your money else where or you will be sorry

LeAnn is the worst attorney I've ever seen. She doesn't fight fair, is conniving, sneaky and deceptive. She takes cases personally as if the other party is fighting against her and tries to be confrontational with the other party's attorney for no reason whatsoever. She's extremely unprofessional, selfish and cold. She tried to give absolutely everything to my narcissistic ex, even going so far as adding tons of wording to our parenting plan to favor only him and make everything difficult for myself. Example - if I move father than 25 miles away from him, I am required to do all the driving. If HE moves farther than 25 miles, each parent still picks the kids up for their time with them. Thats only one and there are several that my incompetent lawyer did not notice and change before I agreed to finalize it. She also tries to take as much of your money as possible by scheduling unnecessary hearings that are a huge waste of time (i.e. trying to get permission from court to move outside of the boundary set in our parenting plan even though he had ALREADY MOVED! Nothing came of this hearing and was a huge waste of time and money. And then again when she didn't get the answer she wanted at the next hearing, she scheduled a new one only for the new judge to say the exact same thing to her as the last judge). She also tries to argue her point even when one judge has already told her she's wrong on several different things... I would be embarrassed to have her represent me. She may not have represented me, but her incompetence cost me a lot of time and money... and her need to try to punish me, a complete stranger, and treat this case as though it were hers will affect me until my kids are legal adults. I did nothing wrong and I was the one being abused in my marriage so thanks for taking this already extremely difficult situation and making it so much worse by making it personal for no reason whatsoever. You are the epitome of a greedy, heartless, narcissistic lawyer. (Edited to add - if you read one of the reviews stating she helped someone win custody, just know that she did nothing to help that person win custody. That person & I made a deal outside of court in order to avoid going to trial and because my attorney was worthless. She had nothing to do with him getting custody...)

I've been with Legal Shield on and off for several years, but after Joe Lombino reached out to me about my case today I plan to stay with this company for life.

I have a small and somewhat tricky case that most of the lawyers with whom I spoke (with the exception of one) were not interested in handling. Then Joe called me as I had also inquired with Legal Shield who said they'd send referrals in a few days as it was right before the weekend.

First off, it was like being on the phone with a helpful good friend who cared about me and my situation (medical negligence) though it was our first conversation. Joe was very insightful and discussed options none of the other lawyers mentioned. Unlike almost all the other lawyers I spoke with he offered me a huge ray of hope.

Also Chloe the receptionist was fantastic to deal with, very warm, personable and like Joe, empathetic. I'm grateful to be a member of this outfit and I should mention the original lawyer consult (Jesse I believe was her name?) was patient, answered all my quetions and let me know that I did indeed have a case.

LeAnn PaLuck is the best there is. She worked hard on my case with the highest degree of integrity and ethics. She took my case personally, focusing on the facts of the case without interjecting any drama. She is professional, kind, and personable. She was always well prepared at trial and knew her way around the court room. Her experience and expertise ensured that I had every detail covered in our final parenting plan. I was always confident going to court with her representing me. She was referred to me from a family friend that was successful in obtaining full custody of his children. As a musician I've contacted this place multiple times for legal advice on contracts and such. I've had maybe 5-6 cases in the past year and a half and every attorney I've spoken to just sound rude, don't sound motivated about getting solutions for their clients, and I always feel like the attorneys lack passion for their job to help clients legally. Every single time I've spoken to an attorney, they don't weigh the pros or cons of some decisions I have to make. When I call expecting for an attorney to be on my side and help me get through tough times, they completely do a 180 and don't help EVERY. TIME. The only reason why I have it is just in case of an emergency, but who knows if they'll even come to use then? I mean, they are don't seem to care about my cases anyway. They sure know how to make a client lose hope and It makes you wonder why you even have a Legalshield membership when they don't even help you at all and are ALWAYS backing up the opposition rather than the client who brought up the subject in the first place. I would say have Legalshield and use it for just emergencies. Or if it's really important, it's better to find another firm where the attorneys take the time to help you find at least a balance in your cases.

Quick and easy help for our Will's.

I wish I didn't have to give them a star. I got a letter from the IRS (CP2000) and contacted them for assistance. My case was assigned to some guy named Jack. this guy knew nothing about the subject and gave the worst advised possible. I ended up doing it myself. Legal Shield was a waste of my money. Jack you should look for a different line of work.

Terrible experience...
Called for advice with paid service. The attorney was argumentative when I asked for explanations of certain laws pertaining to a situation I was dealing with. The attorney didn't seem very educated on the law in our conversation as well.

Visited for a Legal Shield meeting and enjoyed a tour of the facility.
I've used Legal Shield for a number of years... it's great to have an "Attorney on Speed Dial" for legal questions.

Had wills and power of atty done. Great and quick service through Legal Shield and they can provide witnesses to signature for notary.

Bad experience....most of the time felt being rushed ...felt they don't really care or listen

Aaron Jennings was hired after my father passed away. I was a beneficiary in my father's will however Aaron Jennings did not keep me apprised of anything. When he sent me a form to sign saying the probate was closing I called to ask what had happened since I'd had no information in 2 years. He proceeded to dodge my questions and treated me like I was a complete idiot for not knowing all the ins and outs of the probate law. I've never been treated so badly by a hired professional before. I would never in a million years recommend this law firm to grieving families as they will only do the bare minimum and treat you as if you are insignificant and ignorant when you ask for information. They took a terrible, painful situation and made it even worse.
