Literally just called, and had a very similar experience to Mike S. Whomever answered the call was unprofessional and disrespectful. They talked over me (raised their voice) when I was attempting to inquire about a consultation and what my options were. "They don't care. They don't care!" Well ma'am I don't care, you're behavior is unprofessional and discourteous. Think about the individuals your employer is expected to represent, not all disabilities are physical and your attitude contributes to the problem that many prospective clients with mental disabilities (such as myself PTSD, Anxiety, Depression) experience.

This lawyer won my case. He's a serious guy, who took care of the legal stuff while I was taking care of my medical needs. I don't want to go into a lot of personal details but I hired him after trying to get my SSI and SSDI cases on my own through 2 appeals. I should have hired him from the start. But here I am 2 years later, and the judge gave a fully favorable ruling.
I'm very angry that others like myself, without someone like David Oliver, end up broken, impoverished and out on the street because of our horrible system. But at least there are some good lawyers out there that can fight through it and win, like David Oliver.

Called interested in a consultation for my case. Whoever the woman was I spoke to was rude, talked over the top of me, would not let me answer 1 question before she jumped to the next. I hung up on her. Plenty of other law firms out there.

Awesome! He walked me thru the entire process. Was diligent in sending me to my Drs appts with docs for them to complete & had discussions to get them on-board with my case, which really brought strength to winning. He taught disability at Harvard. I was up against a judge that denies most of her cases. We won!!!

David is in my opinion, a greedy person with ZERO ATTENTION TO DETAIL. 3 times I've pointed out that the numbers are not adding up. He replied they are close enough so don't worry. Next month I received the missing money. He says "at least I won the case"... Our contract started he wouldn't charge more than 6 thousand for services & the 1099 form from SS says he charged me over $13k. He has the worst disregard for other people and tests them as second class citizen... This is MY EXPERIENCE & MY OPINION... NOT HERE TO SLANDER HIM... JUST FREEDOM OF SPEECH. David was so upset about my last negative Google review as it was going to effect his business! No regard for the thousands of dollars I was short. Form your own opinion. Within 5 minutes I could see how arrogant this person is. Check it out... But remember other attorneys are just as equal to him & some are better. Shop around. Social Security said I received 31k & I only received 15 thousands. The pic shows that he over charged by $7000!

He didn't get any of my medical records I had to get everything. He didn't stick up for me in court I fired him then he sent a letter to judge saying he resigned! He is worst most arrogant lawyer.

I called this Attorney for a friend of mine. Whom ever I talked to on the phone gave me mostly wrong information about disability. First of all you can work while on disability or while waiting to see if you qualify for disability, she told me working automatically disqualifies you, actually after calling around I found out that you can work while applying for disability but you can't make over a certain amount. Anyway the person who answered the phone was wrong about a few other things, just saying this because I'd hope that if someone where to hire an attorney that it'd be an attorney who knows what they are doing. Not sure this Attorney does.
