i wonder why so many negative reviews here . there is good management in washington

I have been on Facebook for over ten years now and I have always had a problem with them they write nasty notes to me when playing poker they wont pay up,
they have even stole money out of my account and I thought that was taken care of but it never was because they did it again, when I win they give the chips to other players and ignore the fact that I was the winner. It does no good to talk to them they just cut me off completely and I'm getting fed up with the whole thing I would go to some other site to play poker but I always have a hard time getting on. You helped me before but as soon as I got back on it started all over again.
