Mr. MaGee's paralegal Ben was awesome, but I don't have much to say about the attorney himself.
I never spoke to him, met with him, and didn't "meet" him until the day of court and he didn't even introduce himself to me.
He refused to sign my reaffirmation papers w/o charging me a fee, even though they weren't filled out by his office, all they need was his signature.
I went to meet with him twice to sign papers; the first time he stood me up and I wasn't even sure if I was at the right location as there are no signs, so I drove to his old office in Puyallup to find out he hasn't been in that location in 5+ years. The second time he didn't "make it in time" and his paralegal went over my court documents for filing.
The day of court he was late.
He didn't call into in the telephone hearing for reaffirmation agreement for my auto loan, which the judge notice and asked about. Needless to say the judge wasn't very happy...
Also, he shows a phone number and address in Olympia, but his office is in Tacoma. I wouldn't have gone with him had I known that; driving to Tacoma is an inconvenience for me.

James Magee and his staff were professional and helpful through this difficult process. I would recommend him for anyone thinking about filing.
