Elijah and his team negotiated a settlement that let me save my home. Can't say enough good things about them. I don't want to ever get hurt again but if I do I would work with Atlas.

Elijah is great. And his staff are easy to talk to. I was reluctant to hire an attorney but it was a good call.
LNI spent the better part of three years after my injury delaying my treatment and my time loss payments. My case is still on going but now that I am working with Atlas Law I am getting my payments regularly and I finally got my surgery scheduled!

My husband had a major head injury and LNI tried to send him back to work. They didnt even want to give him the treatment the doctors were recommending. We hired Atlas and we got the treatment he needed and eventually a pension!

I'm not sure where that 1 star review came from. These folks are great. They were responsive and got me a pension when the Department wanted to close my claim. I would recommend them and if I did not already have a pension, I would go back there myself!

This attorney's office is a joke. They don't return phone calls. They haven't even been able to request a workers compensation file from the self insurance company. Somehow they just never actually sent the signed request over. Now because I had faith in attorney Elijah Forde that he could do his job correctly and in a timely manner I have to deal with this case on my own.

Where to start. Ill try ti keep it short. I was a client of James Rolland who sold out to Elijah and became Atlas Law. So first they lied or Misinformed me about my paper work. They told me it was "just so Atlas Law can take over my case". I said cool and signed and went about my day. They did Not say they were taking more money from me. They took another 15% without saying a word to me. Youd think thats something they should bring up specifically and openly. I found later when i seen it on a payment check. The Worst part is that without talking to me at all, they took L&Is first offer. I broke my back, ankle and have hardware in both. Ill have pain and medical issues for the rest of my life. They didn't do anything for me. They got maybe $32000 that they got almost half of and $1200 monthly checks. They didnt do ANYTHING but paper work. Nor did they give me my records when i asked twice for them. They said i had to talk to L&I about it. They took the money and wouldn't talk to me anymore. I asked about a last independent medical exam (which is pretty standard) and they said becuase THEY have already closed my case I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket. So basicly when they get paid, I can kick rocks. They didnt fight. So now im stuck with no medical for the future and no options. I have NEVER been interested inba few dollars. Even if it was twice the pittance they got for me I would have wanted some kind of medical for my injuries. I have constant pain and can't see a doctor about it.

Look. You only have one chance to get this right. Don't trust Atlas Law. Go somewhere else. Sure they may help some. But if they did it to me they can do it to you. Go soewhere else.
The Advocates or Palace Law have great reviews. Good luck.
