Ben Cushman saved my small business when we were sued by a disgruntled client who was refusing to pay for the work we had done. Throughout the process I was impressed by his skill, patience, and attention to detail. Getting sued was one of the worst things that had ever happened to me as a small business owner and I am so grateful that Ben was there to help.

The waitress came back twice asking about one order of 2 chicken enchiladas. 1. How many do you want? 2. What kind of meat do you want? Also, the fish is frozen battered and deep fried. Did not know this until my son got his meal. Fishsticks shouldn't cost $10.50. It was mediocre at best. My cheese enchilada was exactly that. A little cheese melted in the middle and on top and was very under stuffed. Sauce was fine just bland. Husband ordered a rellano and taco and only got the first item. All meals were over salted. Wait staff need to get their menu memorized.

Cushman is the biggest waste of time and money ive experienced all year. Needs to learn how to use a computer, he sent our opponent in a business matter, an email that was explicitly meant for us. Not only that, he was even condescending towards my business partner and I in this email. Do NOT use his services.

Ben was so helpful to us! We’d just moved to the state....rented a house that was grossly misrepresented. Upon arrival, we found the house had maggots in animal feces soaked carpet...it was bad! The owner had sent pics from years ago when the home still looked good. Long story short...Ben got all of our money back (first, last & deposit) and got us out of the lease. He’s a nice guy that seems to actually care

If possible this rating should be a minus 5. Biggest rip-off ever. Why??? His advise was for his own pocket book and to swindle money from his clients. Definitely one of those lawyers you hear about with no integrity or working conscience. Three depositions at $37k that never made it to court but only served his own interest & pocket book.

I would recommend Cushman Law to everybody as when we worked with joe scuderi he gave us a lot of very good information. Saved us all the hassle, waste and inconveniences of making an appointment without a gain because we in fact had nothing that would've had a legal standing instead pointed us in the right direction so that we could make an appointment when we really needed to. I can't say how many times I've never returned to a law office because they didn't speak with us verifying there was a need for an appointment yet: never have I received this level of customer support: thanks. Gave us so very much helpful legal advice we'll use him by name request regarding all our future real estate concerns. So very knowledgeable. So very helpful.

Absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Submit a request for help and the guy calls you like you're a pain in his butt then assumes because you use a legal work plan, you can't afford him lol. I need an attorney and why not go through my work plan to start and save a little. I hope you're reading this. It's not about the money buddy. We could afford your hourly. What we can't afford is wasting time talking to GOD complex people. I even asked for your rate and said it wasn't a problem but you just kept going.

I called for a consult on an issue I'm having. Basically trying to see if my issue was something I should make an appointment to pursue. I spoke with reception and explained why I was calling she said the lawyer would be willing to speak with me briefly. As soon as he answered the phone he said with no greeting "so you want my advice for free." He was completely rude. Made me feel like a worthless person for waiting his time. Time he consented to grant me. When he agreed that what I was calling for would make a case ( only after I pointed out that it was the law) did he agree that yes I had case. He said look if you think I'm doing this pro bono and you not going to pay me my 245 an hr then your wrong and hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable. You are a horrible person and thank you for kicking my while I was already down

I was transfered, by a very polite receptionist, directly to Mr Cushman. I was lucky enough to reach him right away and he was kind enough to spend 5 min on the phone explaining his recommendation. Granted, my question was short, but I am still impressed that he took the time. He was clear, knowledgeable, and concise. I would recommend Cushman Law to my friends and family!
