Shannon met with my family member this morning knowing that she didn't have room for this client, however didn't mention that until she had charged her $300. And then proceeded to go get yourself a coffee and tell her to pay her bill. This sounds very greedy.
Especially when this client is not in any position to pay a lot of money and trying to overcome domestic abuse. I would never recommend this lawyer as she only hopes to rack up the bill. All she cared about was the $10,000 retainer. Be ready to pay if you choose this lawyer.
