Tinti told me I should ignore his client breaking the law – as both parties would benefit from doing this as this illegal act would reduce the real estate taxes I pay on the property? The facts are: I paid $57,000.00 for land and his clients registered the sale at register of deeds for only $10,000.00. I spoke with Tinti at a Lake Township, Menominee County board meeting. He pushed the issue off. I then wrote Tinti letters: he ignored. I then hired an attorney who sent him a letter. He ignored that too. I told him this causes issues when I go to sell land, if I sell, as it would add $47,000.00 to capital gains resulting in paying more taxes on that sale than should be. Tinti - If you read this and don't agree: I have all the letters and paperwork and more in relation to your mineral rights comments to the Menominee County Board and others. 1 star is the lowest I can give – I would have had NO stars but I didn’t want anyone to think I had forgotten to use the stars.
