Looking for an affordable Probate Attorney for affective and strighforward Leagal Counsel, I was directed to Fred Holm from Daniel Bina-Pine City, MN. Attorney, said "Fred Holm's will take care of you and treat you right!" Upon arranging a meet-ing time and Date he was late, but since I am part Native I do not wear a watch, as I visited w/ the friendly staff I was drawn to the original Minnesota art works in his waiting room, and later in the Board rm. hand blown glass bowls/lg. plates by Mr. Holms daughter. I found Mr. Fred Holms to be extremely down to earth, yet formal, to the point but remerbering his manners when it came to meeting strangers for the first time. He allowed me to express grief over Mother's passing, Stepfathers before, dealing w/ all of the Probate Estate, Mortgage Comp., and other never ending particulars that are legally in Minn. binding to acquiring an InHeritace- Rightfully claimed in a Will.
My finding of a youthful 'Counselor' but wise beyond his years Fred Holms was of a competant, "Minnnesota Nice" Gentleman that is and will be an exemplary Probate/Wills/Title Attorney in good standing for folks in East Central, "Minnsoda"!
