Yes I had a delinquent bill and they had the unfortunate task of trying to recover the funds but they were friendly during the process and very helpful! Thank you so much for working with me and getting everything squared away.

This place is always a nightmare to work with. you get notice days before you are either to appear in court which is very difficult to get off work so of course they win because you can't show up or you lose your job. They say they send multiple notices, they do not. and then you find out from payroll a few days before you are supposed to get paid you are going to be garnished if you don't do something. This office is shady so I am sure that is why they probably have such high success rates and they continue to get business from medical companies. They have handled several of my cases and every experience has been a nightmare. When you have major medical issues and just can't afford 500-600 monthly payments to pay every medical office but you are doing the best you can you pay, that should be enough. We are ill, trying to work, and had periods of medical leave where I wasn't working for 3+ months. They don't care. they just want their money and they don't care how they get it.

Horrible customer service. I called them to work out a payment plan and the guy wouldn't even answer my question. I asked him repeatedly "would you take x amount per month on a payment plan" and he refused to answer. These people clearly aren't interested in working with people or being decent. UPDATE: I called back to speak to the manager, Troy. He wouldn't tell me a yes or no on the amount that I was offering as well. It seemed like he was bound to some kind of script and there were things he just wasn't authorized to say. Although if he just came out and told me that he could have saved me a frustrating 30-min call. Quite a strange experience. Troy ended up hanging up on my twice. Very rude and unhelpful.

They say they call and send letters but they have the incorrect spelling and wrong address. When you finally find out that you have a garnishment, it's a week before payroll. Also, I have made a payment to them and they fail to record it and then neglected to send a receipt. I have the proof of payment on my HSA account but they did not send a receipt or recognize the payment. The staff are very rude and not helpful. I have filed a complaint with BBB.

They robbed my partner's money without legitimate reason. In other words, they are a law firm that operate illegally.

They take you to court without notifying you of it. Twice I've had this issue with them. I think they're shady and will do anything to ensure they get money. I only received paperwork from my companies payroll agency about this debt and by that time they'd already taken me to court and obviously won because I didn't show up. The debt they are now collecting is a debt that should have been covered by emergency medical assistance and I would have definitely fought this but if you receive no notice how do you go about fighting. That seems to be their game plan. I'm sure they've made millions this way. If I could give negative stars I would. Horrible shame on you!!!

The gentleman I spoke to seemed to be upset already before we had our conversation. I wonder if it due to they are prepared for people to be upset with them that's out of their control. Anyways the gentleman was extremely nice as we talked . They did in fact keep there word on sending me a receipt the next day.

Rude employees

I called to figure out why I'm all the sudden receiving a bill from 2006. I was willing to pay if they could tell me what it's for, which they couldn't. I have never gone to the doctor without health insurance.. and the lady who I talked to was so unbelievably rude I doubt she could talk a millionaire into paying a dollar...

I'm currently being harassed by the office. I ask what they're calling for the say "It's a personal matter" and ask for my social. I said I didn't want to give it over the phone unless I know what it's about and the guys hangs up on me.

This company will suck the life right out of you!
