After talking to wes and his team about what was going on and what kind of dept I was in and thinking of what to do talking to him made it easier when I filled they say what they mean they don't judge they did indeed help me now that I did this a weight was lifted off my shoulders that was one part the other was fixing my credit after yrs of it being so low it feels so good to have my credit score come back up I would definitely recommend kain and Scott to anyone who is having trouble and trying to figure out what to do they do go the extra mile to help people who need there help on what to do on the review for the team where it asks on to rate them on how they help people instead of 5 star I would definitely give them a 10 star coz of what they did they can help anyone who is having trouble thank you kain and Scott you guys are really great don't be afraid they can help you . We had a very positive experience except for the actual hearing. We did not have attorney representation. I found out from Bill that the attorney was there. But he did not make himself known to us or even speak to us. He came into the hallway where we were waiting with others and called our name and others to make sure we were there. My husband and I thought he was a clerk. He was not dressed as we expected an attorney to look and as other attorneys were dressed. Bill made this right. The unknown attorney did send us an apology by mail.

Everyone else was amazing. Made us feel welcome during a difficult time. I wish I could remember everyone's name so I could mention them here.

Bill made our meeting enjoyable. We were so impressed and left the office knowing Bill would take care of things for us. The weight of the world was lifted that afternoon. Bill immediately made things right when we did not have attorney representation at our hearing. We cannot thank Bill enough.

And then my personal favorite, Sarah. She helped so much. She always responded promptly and was so positive. I emailed Sarah many times and she always answered my questions. Sarah made me feel like I was her only client. She added a personal touch to her emails. When we did not have an attorney at our hearing in Duluth I emailed Sarah right after the meeting. I knew she would take care of it. And of course she did. Sarah you are amazing, you are the best, YOU ROCK!!

Making the decision to file any type of bankruptcy isn’t easy. So to have all the people I’ve worked with and the fact that there is no judgement towards anyone with this company is great. (Not there they would judge you). Well, I have worked with 4 people here. They all have been great! I have worked with Maria (out of the St. Cloud office) she was the one who called and did the consultant call. She was able to answer any questions that I had. I also worked with Stephanie (She’s also works out of the St. Cloud office) stephanie is great! She was fast to respond any E-mail and she also answered any questions I had and put me at ease about any concerns I had. Kirsten is Margaret assistant. She is the person that I talked to and went through all the questions they needed to know. She was great and also answered any questions I had. Margaret is my attorney. She was also great. She made sure I felt like this was the right thing to do. They all made me feel like that. They all are helping me to get a fresh start financially and emotionally with all my struggles I’ve had.
