We hired this firm on Jan 21st 2019 to file a chapter 13 plan to save our house that is set to foreclose on Feb 21st 2019. We paid them $2300 retainer and was told they would be in touch to get documents. Two weeks later having heard nothing I wrote and asked for an update and they blamed us for not providing them documents. We fired them and they kept all but $810 of our retainer. So they got $1500 for doing nothing and we lost our home due to their tardiness and unprofessional conduct.
